Privacy policy

Who this policy covers

Salas Estudio operates Easy Contractor VIP. This policy covers the iPhone app and information handled when a contractor uses its workspace, sends a document for signature or shares a payment link. It applies to the features you use, including when testing the app.

If a contractor entered your information as a customer or signer, you can contact the contractor to correct the job record. You can also write directly to contacto@salasestudio.com about data held by Easy Contractor VIP.

The information we use

  • Account and company. We use your email, internal account ID, sign-in information, company profile and preferences to authenticate you and show the correct workspace. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the provider ID and profile details you authorize. Apple may give us a private relay email.
  • Jobs and customers. Contractors enter customer names and contact details, job addresses and descriptions, project records, estimate items and totals, document versions, invoices and installments. We use these entries to prepare records and documents, organize work and show payment and signature status.
  • Schedule and photos. We store the visits you enter, their times and notes and any project you link to them. When you upload a job photo, we process its image, associated estimate, size and upload time. We compress images and strip embedded location metadata before storage. The photograph itself can show a person, address or location.
  • Security and support. Our infrastructure logs requests, sign-ins, errors and server response times. Logs can include your IP address and the approximate country inferred from it. We use these records to protect accounts, diagnose faults and keep the service available. When you contact support, we receive your message and the details you choose to include.

We use workspace data for these business functions. The app does not use advertising SDKs or use client or job information to target advertising.

Who receives information

  • Supabase handles sign-in, the database, private file storage and server operations. Each company has its own workspace. Viewing links for private files expire, but anyone you share a link with can use it while it is valid.
  • Apple and Google process sign-in when you choose their sign-in option.
  • Apple and RevenueCat handle your Easy Contractor subscription. Apple bills and renews it. We give RevenueCat an internal ID that we can match to your account. Its software sends Apple’s device identifier for our apps and records when you open, interact with or close the subscription screen. RevenueCat can infer your country from your IP address. It uses your purchase history, product and transaction IDs, dates and subscription or trial status to show your plan and verify or restore access. Salas Estudio uses RevenueCat’s reports to understand use of the subscription screen and purchases.
  • Stripe handles payments for a contractor’s work. It receives the connected account, invoice reference, amount and currency. The payer enters payment details in Stripe Checkout. Our server records transaction IDs, amounts, payment status and the receipt link. When it retrieves a charge, the payment method and masked details, such as a card’s brand and last four digits, can also be available in Stripe and on the receipt. Stripe handles the full card number and security code.
  • DocuSeal handles electronic signatures. When a signature is requested, it receives the document information, signer names, emails and roles, project details, amount, estimate version and document fingerprint. After signing, we store the signed document and audit certificate privately.

Service providers processing information for us must protect it to the same standard described in this policy and use it for the tasks we assign. Payment providers, sign-in providers and stores may also maintain their own records under their policies. Companies and customers can download and keep their own copies. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law or to investigate misuse.

Provider privacy information is available from Supabase · Apple · Google · RevenueCat · Stripe · DocuSeal.

How long information is kept

  • Account, workspace and files. We retain records while they are needed to operate the workspace. Job photos are not automatically removed due to age. Export copies you need before requesting deletion.
  • Invoices, signatures and subscriptions. We review records tied to payments, signed documents and subscription entitlements to determine what can be deleted and what must be kept to document a transaction, resolve a dispute, manage access or meet a legal obligation. A contractor, customer or provider may hold its own copy.
  • Support and technical records. We keep support correspondence as needed to handle the request and its follow-up. The current Supabase plan has a standard 7-day retention period for API and database logs. Daily database backups have a 7-day access window. An earlier database record may remain until backups rotate out. These backups contain file metadata. The actual photos and documents are stored separately. Different periods can apply to security investigations, exported records and records held by other providers.

For a specific record, ask us what we retain, why and whether it can be removed. Include the account or company name and the type of record.

Access, corrections and deletion

Use the app to update the profile or business records you manage. For access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or help disconnecting a provider, write to contacto@salasestudio.com. We may ask you to verify your identity or authority to act for a business.

When available, open Company → Your account → Delete account to request deletion. If the option is unavailable or you can no longer sign in, use the email above. A receipt for a request under review confirms receipt only. Account deletion and cancellation of an Apple subscription.

Protection and contact

We use company-specific access controls, private file storage and encrypted server-side provider credentials. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.

Easy Contractor VIP is intended for contractors and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate.
